The Best of series continues with the old world wine producing giant of Italy. To choose just seven wines to represent this country will be extremely difficult with this vast producing country and some regions had to be left out. However, we'll be sampling rarities like the white grape Vespaiolo as well as the more famous Pinot Grigio, a Veneto based Ripassa, a Piedmonte Barbaresco, a Primitivo and of course, we have to try a SuperTuscan, and ending with a dessert wine, the slightly effervescent Moscato d'Asti.
