This top range Champagne is made from the best cuvees of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from vines that are older than 33 years of age growing in the heart of the Bouzy Grand Cru "terroir". Made of 80% Pinot Noir Bouzy Grand Cru and 20% Chardonnay Bouzy Grand Cru.

The palate has roundness marked by red fruits, with a great persistency showing it has good "keeping" potential. For that special occasion.

The 2004 Brut Millesime emerges from the glass with finely spun red berries, flowers, mint and spices. This understated, classy wine continues to open up beautifully in the glass as the fruit fleshes out on the mid-palate and finish. The 2004 Millesime is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, all from Bouzy. This is Lot# 9816. Disgorged 2011. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2019.
