Ripe, jammy blueberry and cherry notes, with lifted spices and chocolate tones are found on the nose of this CabSau. There's also a little leather and tobacco character over a minty undercurrent. It is easy and quaffable on the palate, with ripe fruit flavours leading the way. The tannins are a little soft through the middle, but the overall finish is one of spice and earthiness. Drink now whenever red meat is on the menu.
