The seltzer rage is on these days, and the brand that is the king in the US has finally made an appearance in Alberta – White Claw Hard Seltzer is an alcoholic seltzer water beverage owned by Mark Anthony Brands. The beverage was introduced in 2016 and is sold under numerous 100-calorie, 5% ABV flavors – deVine’s has in stock the Black Cherry, Mango and Ruby Grapefruit in six can pack formats – $15.49 incl. GST.

It’s actually brewed like beer. It’s made with a mixture of gluten-free grains and sugars. That mixture is fermented into alcohol, which is then purified to remove odors, colors and tastes. It then mixes that base with water and other flavors, which keeps the alcohol percentage lower than that of a spirit or wine drink.

Try one out!!

White Claw Black Cherry Hard Selzer (United States) – $16.99

White Claw Mango Hard Selzer (United States) – $16.99

White Claw Ruby Grapefruit Hard Selzer (United States) – $16.99

Look for the lime flavored version next week.
