Australia is home to some of the oldest working grape vines in the world, many are between 75 to century year old. The wines from these small tiny grapes are legendary for their depth, complexity and concentration as well as rarity because ancient vines produce fewer and smaller grapes thus very limited number of bottles. Many are also pre-phylloxera.
Experience the long history and ancient vines, these bottlings are expensive, but for that special occasion, they will showcase what Australia can do. Many can be enjoyed without food.
