Champagne Agrapart is a family estate founded in the 19th century by Arthur Agrapart, the Agrapart house extends its vineyard over 12 hectares in the heart of the Côte des Blancs focusing mainly on Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) Grands Cru’s champagne.

Part of the Growers Champagne movement, its famous neighbours include Charton-Taillet, Egly Ouriet, La Rogerie, Pierre Peters, Bereche and Selosse among many others.

All the vintages are made from plot by plot vinification and aged in oak barrels and represent high quality price ratio. The average age of the vines is 40 years, with some more than 60 years old. The house produces an average of 90 000 bottles each year. One special note is that Pascal Agrapart unusually uses native yeasts in his winemaking – the house style is chiselled and pin-point focused Champagnes with noticeable chalk and minerality. High class stuff for relatively little money, a must try for a Champagne connoisseur. Over the past few years, this house has caught fire, no longer kept to the in-the know, the word is out!!
