Made with Chardonnay, Macebo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes, this has notes of bright lemon and fresh pastries, a creamy, lingering finish. A sparkly choice for light fare, its fine bubbles and minerality pairs well with lean fish, shellfish and even cured meats.
